Your missions:

  • Support for the implementation of Meridiam's Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) / Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) / Climate Change tools

    • Support for the update and application of the online ESG/SDG questionnaire for portfolio companies

    • Participate in the analysis of data from the ESG/SDG questionnaire for the preparation of various reports

    • Participate in completing investors’ ESG questionnaires

    • Support the follow-up of certain projects (to be identified upon arrival)

      • Reading of environmental and social (E&S) studies and preparation of summaries as needed

      • Participation in the follow-up of E&S consultants' work

      • Research on ESG, SDG and climate change issues

      • Prepare various presentation documents and general communication support on these topics

Job requirements

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree in Finance or Business Management or equivalent, with a focus on ESG

• Clear interest in ESG, sustainability and climate change-related matters in project finance, expressed through specific courses and/or previous internship experiences

• Adaptability, and ability to learn quickly new topics

• Excellent written and oral communications skills in French and English

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Understands data analysis techniques and tools, with the ability to interpret and visualize data

• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize effectively

• Ability to interact with colleagues in a self-managed team structure

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and multitask in a fast-paced environment
