As an Investor Relations Intern, you will work within the Investor Relations team to meet the continually growing requirements of Meridiam’s global fundraising activities and the needs of its diverse investor base. Meridiam has risen, and continues to raise, funds across Europe, Africa, and North America. Your missions :

  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials across multiple fundraising processes (primary fundraisings, co-investments, and secondaries), including investor presentations, RFPs, and fund financial models.

  • Prepare tailored responses for investors, addressing both qualitative and quantitative questions related to underlying funds and portfolio companies, during fundraising and as part of ongoing investor communications.

  • Support Senior Meridiam Management by preparing ad hoc analyses and presentations for Investor Board Meetings and key investor events.

Job requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a leading business school, engineering school, or university

  • In your final year of study or completing a gap year (“année de césure”) as part of your Master’s program (or equivalent)

  • Previous internship experience in investor relations, investment banking (M&A / project finance), private equity / venture capital, transaction services, or management consulting is preferred

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and interpersonal skills

  • A team player with the ability to also work autonomously and proactively

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

  • Highly motivated with strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Fluent in English. French is a plus but not required
