Position Summary

 

About the Investor Relations Team

The Investor Relations (“IR”) team plays a central role in managing and expanding Meridiam’s global investor base. The team oversees:

  • Day‑to‑day interactions, reporting, and strategic dialogue with investors

  • Structuring and marketing new products (funds, co‑investments, SMAs)

  • Coordinating and executing secondary transactions

Working in a dynamic, international, and entrepreneurial environment, the IR team is deeply involved in the firm’s growth and strategic initiatives.

 

As an Analyst within the Investor Relations team, you will support the fundraising and client relationship activities globally.

 

This position offers the opportunity to strengthen your financial and analytical skillset while gaining meaningful exposure to global LPs, infrastructure investments, and impact-driven strategies.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

Support Fundraising Materials

·       Support Investor Relations team in preparing high-quality standard fundraising materials, including investor presentations, client questionnaires and custom analyses

·        Draft and refine strategic content for ongoing fundraising campaigns

·        Coordinate across internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of materials

·        Conduct market research and competitive analysis

 

Analytical & Quantitative Support

·        Update and analyse fund performance and track record

·        Contribute to building financial models

 

Investor Requests & Portfolio Knowledge

·        Manage investor requests

·        Maintain a strong understanding of Meridiam’s projects, asset performance, ESG approach, and market positioning

·        Support the preparation of quarterly reporting

 

Internal Presentations & Strategic Analysis

·        Prepare analyses and materials for senior management, Investment Committees, Advisory Boards, and the Annual Investor Day

·        Contribute to internal reporting, strategy decks, and cross‑functional initiatives

·        Support the Investor Relations team in transversal duties and tasks

 

Data, Processes & Tools

·        Maintain and improve investor databases, CRM entries, and process documentation

·        Ensure accuracy of investor records, interactions, and commitments

Support the continuous improvement of IR tools, templates, and workflows

Job requirements

Required Experience/Skills

 

·       Recent graduate from Business School, Engineering School, or University (Bachelor/Master)

·       1–2 years of experience, ideally including a previous internship in Investor Relations, Investment Banking (M&A, Project Finance), Private Equity / Venture Capital, Transaction Services or Management Consulting

·       Knowledge in infrastructure or private assets would be preferred

·       Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with financial data and AI-enabled tools

·       High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

·       Ability to synthesize complex information clearly and accurately

·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing tasks independently

·       Reliable, organized, structured, and detail oriented

·       Fluent in English and French. German would be an advantage.
